Jenny has over ten years of experience within the public education sector. She began her career as an elementary school classroom teacher and then moved into education administration, adult development, and curriculum design. Jenny currently provides equity-centered technical assistance and trainings for state departments of education, districts, and schools to improve instructional practices, student engagement, and family/community engagement to create supportive learning environments for all learners. She has expertise in elementary education; multilingual learner education; culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogy; professional development design; resource creation; and family and community engagement.  Jenny also has experience in managing projects under federal TA center grants and large-scale T/TA projects through fee for service contracts. Jenny holds an Ed.M. in School Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MA in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in English and History from Fordham University.
